Buying from us:

  • Since the majority of our items are pre-owned, vintage, close-outs or consigned, all of our items are sold AS-IS with NO RETURNS.  If you have any questions or concerns on an item please feel free to email us at Sales@SwapMeetGarage.com prior to purchase.

 

  •  We like to treat our customers right and build relationships. A happy customer is a return customer, so if you do have a problem with one of our items, please contact us via email Sales@SwapMeetGarage.com and let us know. If we misrepresented an item or missed something in the listing, we will do everything reasonable that works for you and us.

 

  • We take cash & credit cards for purchases at off-site shows. We accept PayPal through our check-out system here on the site.

 

  • Upon completion of your order you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal of payment received as well as an automated email from us letting you know that your order is "awaiting fulfillment" (being processed). Our ship time is 48-72 hours after payment is received, not counting Sundays. If you need an item sooner please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you, but can only guarantee the original shipping window. Once your item is shipped you will receive a tracking number if one is issued (USPS Priority, UPS, and FedEX only).

  • You can save shipping charges by scheduling an in person pick-up . Items available for pick-up are subject to Maryland sales tax. Pick-up is only available on larger items unless prior arraingments are made. Please call or email prior to purchase.
  • Since we sell our items at shows and online auctions, sometimes an inventory item shown on our site may be unavailable, in this instance buyers will be notified and given a full refund with our apologies.

 

 

Selling to us:

  • We are looking to purchase items that appeals to riders, rodders, collectors and more, as well as the items that are listed on our flyer. Currently we are looking for small to medium size collections or inventory close-outs. We also do garage clean-outs & estate buy-outs by appointment. If you are looking to sell please give Bingo a call at 301-221-7325 or email Bingo@SwapMeetGarage.com with a list of items and we can set up a time to meet and go over your items.

 

  • Since Bingo's SMG is an online shop our working hours vary  so please feel free to give us a call & leave a message during the hours of 10-7 Mon-Sat, texts are also welcome.   My goal is to respond back to you within 24 hours.No call or texts are responded to while driving , so please leave a voicemail and your call will be returned. We can also make  appointments for Saturdays & Sundays to fit your schedule.

 

  • We follow the Second Hand Dealer requirement of Montgomery County, thereby we adhere to their rules and regulations regarding purchases. All sellers must be 18 years or older and have a state issued ID.  Items deemed second hand personal property within these regulations, may be electronically  recorded with the County and paid for with a company check. This applies to storefront buy/sell agreements only.

Consigning to us:

  • We have recently closed our brick and mortar store shop and we are taking consignments on a very limited basis. We reserve the right to decline items that we feel will not be saleable due to market conditions or item condition or any reason. 

 

  • We offer a 60/40 split in which 60% of the sale price goes to you (hey it’s your stuff, you should get more of the money right?) and a 40% commission for us. We feel this is one of the most aggressive and fairest splits in the area.

 

  • We are NOT an authorized EBay drop-shop reseller, however occasionally we do list items on their auction site. In this instance we offer a 50/50 split and we pay the auction/paypal fees out of our commission. We offer local on-line listing/selling/shipping at YOUR garage, for larger collections, so your items stay with you until sold. Please call for info or to make arraingments.

 

  • Our consignment period is for 90 days. If the item does not sell within that period, we can either renew if both parties agree or you can pick up your items. All unsold items must be picked up within 10 days after the consignment period or they are considered abandoned and become property of Bingo's Swap Meet Garage to keep, sell, donate or dispose as they see fit with no compensation due to the consignee.

 

  • The selling price will be set by Bingo's Swap Meet Garage, but will be reviewed with the consignee prior to putting any item out for sale.

 

  • All items must be in working order, complete, no holes, rips, stains, odors. All items must be clean. Any item that needs to be cleaned will be subject to a 20% cleaning fee. Badly soiled, rusted, moldy items will not be accepted. We reserve the right to not accept any item that we feel will not sell to our clients or is in poor non-saleable condition.

 

  • A consignment contract will be provided with these and other conditions upon agreement. All provisions within this contract are final and supersede any verbal agreements. Any changes to the original agreement must be done in writing.

Donating to us:

  • A large part of what Bingo's Swap Meet Garage is all about is to fund The Saints of Kulture social organization and its mission to serve the Kulture Community.

  • Currently The Saints of Kulture is NOT A TAX-DEDUCTABLE 501c3so we cannot offer a tax receipt.We may on occasion work with other organizations that do, so please let us know if one is necessary.

 

  • One donation program we are implementing is our B.I.G Program were we are asking for your old car, bike & tattoo related magazines. We resell them and put $1.00 - $5.00 of each and every one sold, (depending on sale price) towards The Saints of Kulture Social Organization serving the Kulture Community. The remainder of the proceeds help fund the shop, thewebsite, supplies, expenses and everything else it takes to keep things going.  ( B.I.G. Program)

 

  • Because of our fixed amount of  space, time and resources, we do have to limit as to what we can take in...even if it’s free.  As we grow so will our space and ability to process, present and sell more of the items offered for donation. So please call or email so we can discuss what you'd like to donate.

  • Donated items will be sold through Bingo's Swap Meet Garage either in our online shop or at shows or online auction sites. Depending on the item 30%-50% of the selling price will go towards the combined missions of The Saints of Kulture and the remainder will be used for operating expenses.

 

  •  On occasion some donated items will be re-donated back into the Kulture Community. For instance as doorprizes at sponsored kulture events such as Car and Bike Shows.

 

  • It is also our hope to offer tools to student mechanics and other youth programs. We will be looking for corporate tool donations once our 501c3 is established. In the meantime we will draw items from donation to put into these programs.
